Ed is an ordained minister, folklorist and writer. He is also the chief cook and bottle-washer of the Christian E-zine, "The Loving Heart". He has 16 published books and over a thousand articles to his credit. The joy of his life right now is his little granddaughter who, he says, he often makes a fool of himself over! Ed lives with his long-suffering wife on a farm in the shadow of Clinch Mountain, near Gate City, Virginia, a spot that swarms with deer, possums, raccoons, rabbits, chipmunks, vipers, and four very strenuous cats.
