Melissa Johnson

Melissa is a 1990 graduate of
Moody Bible Institute (where she met her wonderful husband of 9 years!).
She and her husband both work full time, and are involved with the youth
and children at their church. They have no children (yet) except
for their two cats and a cockatiel. She likes to scrapbook and rubber
stamp (as does her husband), and is an avid reader, and loves to play
board games. The newest venture for the Johnson's has been having their
home listed on "hospitality rosters" for various mission
boards, so that any missionaries traveling through their area can find a
free place to stay. They started out doing it for all of their
missionary friends from Moody, and decided to reach out further because
it has become a ministry for them.
While we have been on a
long break, our founder and editor, Michelle Jones, continues to work full-time at
our
family
budgeting site covering many of the
same family topics we originally featured in the online Blessings for Life
magazine and is busier
than ever. We have kept most of our inspirational articles,
poems and stories
archived here on site for your convenience.
