Rachel Keller - Fitness Tips (featured column)

 

Rachel is our featured contributor for fitness and exercise tips, promising to get us motivated!  She also writes beautiful poetry and Bible stories in rhyme for children.  She's an active home schooling mom of three young sons and enjoys running, cycling, aerobics, strength training, and flexibility exercises. She races regularly and has won many age group awards.

 

A freelance author, Rachel has published many articles on both hers and many other web sites and ezines. She has a bachelor's degree in elementary education and a master's degree in special education. She also studied both piano and voice in college and plays the organ.
