Dear Michelle,

It has been amazing to me to watch the hand of God work in my life these past few weeks, with gifts and love from complete strangers.  My dear husband lost his job in August of 2001.  He has had to work part-time since that time.  He had taken two pay cuts since beginning this job due to financial difficulty that the company is having.  The last pay cut was very major and we are struggling to make ends meet.  

 

I lost a couple of very special books that I loaned out to a friend.  She does not know what she did with them.  I was so disappointed as I loved these books.  I wrote to the publisher of one of the books and they sent me the book for about 75% off of the cover price. I could not believe it.  I was able to pay a very small amount and receive this book that they could not keep on the book shelves because it is so popular.  

 

The Lord has done this time and time again.  I have received a wonderful recipe book from a ministry that just donated it to me.  I have received so many wonderful gifts like this. It is amazing to watch God bless me with so many wonderful things.  I weep every time.  I know that God has not forgotten our family and we bless His wonderful name.
