I'm trying hard to see the beauty,

In each moment of this life.

Sometimes it seems I'm overwhelmed,

By worries and with strife.

 

But I know there is a purpose,

For the trials in life we bare.

And even when the dark clouds roll,

In my heart...I know God's there.

 

It's hard some days to get beyond,

Some hardships I've been through.

It seems the walls are caving in,

And there's nothing I can do.

 

I struggle and I try to change,

The outcome on my own.

Until I finally realize,

I'm never all alone.

 

I only need to seek God's face,

Just go to Him and pray.

If I just put my trust in Him,

Then He will guide my way.

 

That's when the clouds are lifted,

And my soul can rise above...

No doubts and fears can ever pale,

The beauty of God's love.
