Almond
Joy Cake

Ingredients and Directions:
Prepare 1 box chocolate cake mix (with pudding) according to directions on package. Grease and flour (2) 9x13 pans. Divide batter between the two pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
While cake is baking, mix together:
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
Bring to rapid boil, remove from heat and add 24 large marshmallows. Stir until
dissolved.
Add 14 ounces of coconut.
Pour coconut mixture over two cake layers.
In another pan mix together:
1 1/2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup evaporated milk, 1 stick margarine.
Heat to a rapid boil and remove from heat.
Add 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips and either toasted almonds or pecans.
Drizzle chocolate mixture over the top of both cake layers. Try not to spread it as you will get it mixed and it will not look as pretty.
This cake recipe did not come with further directions, but I suppose you're to put the two cake layers together! :o)
