Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
1 package chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 cup sugar
5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/3 cup milk
1 (6oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Combine cake mix, eggs, and cherry filling. Mix until well blended. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degree for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
Frost when cool with the following:
In a small saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate pieces until melted and smooth. Spread over cake.
