Mocha Blast

1 c. low-fat or non-fat milk
1 c. chocolate sugar-free non-fat frozen yogurt
1 pkg. sugar free Milk Chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast
1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
 
Blend ingredients together in a blender until smooth, makes 2 servings.  You can also substitute the coffee with 1/2 c. frozen strawberries!  ENJOY!!
