S'more Brownies by Opal Jones If you love brownies as much as we do, you've got to try this recipe! The name may give it away, you know it must have marshmallows and graham crackers, but how exactly do you make a S'more Brownie? Here's how to make this delicious treat...
Ingredients: 1 large pkg. brownie mix 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows 6 graham crackers 12 oz. milk chocolate, coarsely chopped (Hershey bars will be fine!)
Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and spread into a greased 9x13 inch pan. 2. In a separate bowl, break graham crackers into small pieces and toss with marshmallows and chocolate. 3. Bake the brownies for 15 minutes, remove and sprinkle the marshmallow mixture evenly over the top. Return to the oven and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool before cutting into squares.
