High-Energy, Low-fat Breakfast Drink

Try this yummy low fat breakfast drink instead of that boring old bowl of cereal or piece of toast!

Ingredients:

8 oz. skim milk
1 small banana, or 1 small apple (cored with skin on)
1 T. wheat germ
1 T. unprocessed bran
dash of vanilla

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a blender or food processor and blend well. Serves 1.
