Low-Fat Peanut Butter S'mores Bars

A yummy, low fat, chocolate and peanut butter treat for the whole family!

Ingredients

1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. reduced-fat peanut butter
2 T. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Cooking spray
1 7-ounce jar marshmallow creme
1/4 c. chopped roasted peanuts
2/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

* Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

* Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl and beat with mixer on medium speed until combined. Spoon flour into dry measuring cups, level with a knife and stir into mixture.

* Press mixture into a 9x13 pan coated with cooking spray.

* Spread marshmallow creme over dough and sprinkle with peanuts and chocolate chips.
* Bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes or until lightly browned.

* Cool completely.
