Mango-Pineapple Smoothies

Smoothies are *in* - and they're packed full of good nutrition and low in fat, but the best part is... these low fat concoctions are simply delicious!

Ingredients:

1 mango, very ripe

1 c. orange juice

1 c. pineapple chunks (fresh or canned and drained)

1 T. fresh lime juice

 

Directions:

Puree ingredients together in a blender, add 2 cups of crushed ice and blend until thick and creamy.
