Microwave Spiced Apples

This apple delight is a great pick-me-up in the afternoon. Another quick and easy recipe that's low-fat too, you can even make these delicious spiced apples at work... if you have a microwave oven!

 

* Wash, core and section apple into wedges.

* Spread apple wedges on a microwave safe plate.

* Sprinkle a tiny bit of cinnamon on apples, no sugar or butter needed.

* Cook in microwave on high for 1-2 minutes.

* Let cool and enjoy your delicious low fat snack!
