No Bake Peanut Butter Balls
Copyright 2001 by Michelle Jones

My mom used to make this for me when I was little, it was my favorite treat!  They are very rich, and so easy to make.  Now I make it for my kids every once in a while and they love it too, almost as much as I do! :o)

1. Take about 1-2 cups of peanut butter and mix together with enough powdered sugar (you can also add a little powdered milk, but we do not) to form a dough like ball that's easy to mold.

2. Now roll the dough into 1 1/2" balls and then roll around in some more powdered sugar until completely covered.

3. Place in an airtight container and keep refrigerated until they're all gone, which will be in just a few days if you didn't make enough!

Another version submitted by Rachel Keller sounds good too...

Peanut Butter Balls

1/2 cup peanut butter (Use reduced fat for less calories.)

1/4 cup honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

2-3 cups of crispy rice cereal

Combine the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Stir in enough cereal to make balls. (Hint: Moisten your hands before rolling the mixture into balls.) Place the balls on waxed paper (or on cereal liner bags) and chill.
